Mesquite United Methodist Women are presenting “Caterpillars to Butterflies: God Has a Plan for You” at their seventh annual women’s retreat on Feb. 20, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is being held at the Mesquite United Methodist Church, 420 West Pioneer Blvd. and all ladies in the community are invited. A continental breakfast begins at 8 a.m. and the program begins at 9 a.m.
The fee is $20 until Feb. 14 then $25 thereafter which includes the continental breakfast, all materials and lunch.
The retreat this year is a new creation of the ladies at Mesquite United Methodist Church. Joining them again in presenting the retreat are ladies from other community churches. Your spirit will soar as the group discovers God’s plan for your life as He transforms all the women from caterpillars to beautiful butterflies.
The retreat will feature singing, enjoying good food, praying, sharing female companionship, laughing and hearing personal presentations. Those who attended last year should bring their notebooks.
