12/10/15
● A-Shift performed Fire Drills at all Virgin Valley Elementary, Charles Hughes Middle School, and Virgin Valley High School.
● E-11 responded to a residence on Concord Dr for a chemical spill. Arrived to find small spill of antifreeze. Assisted homeowner covering and containing fluid and advised on proper methods of disposal.
12/11/15
● E-11, R-11 Responded to Virgin Valley High School for a fire alarm in an occupied school structure. Arrived with nothing showing. Staff advises that they were making popcorn in the gym and it burned, setting off the alarm. No other problems found. .
12/13/15
● E-31, T-11 Responded to a commercial building at 754 W Pioneer. Arrived with no visible smoke or fire. Search of the structure found smell of smoke in one Suite of the building. Found the air handler on the roof with light smoke coming from it. Turned of power to the unit. Advised property owner to not use unit until repaired. No damage to structure.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, Incidents handled by other agencies.
