As expected, the Virgin Valley High School Lady Dawg volleyball squad won easily over (1-11) Del Sol Dragons 3-0 Wed. Oct.21 in the Dawg House. The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-0 with three games remaining and a two game advantage over Boulder City. The Dawgs came away with 25-10, 25-9 and 25-22 wins in three sets. Bulldog Coach Lori Barnum substituted freely throughout the match.

The Dawgs dominated the first two sets behind the serving of Janella Fiso who hit four aces to end the first set and 7 service points including four aces to give the Dawgs a 7-0 advantage early in the second set. It was pretty much a breather the rest of the way as Coach Barnum rested her starters. The Dawgs, return to action Tue. Oct. 27; against the 0-11, Desert Pines Jaguars.
