An additional 44 properties went into pending status for closure at a later date. Although this information does include some new home sales, it does not include all new home or private (for sale by owner) home sales.
Real estate professionals reported that 32 single family homes closed/sold during September 2015. The lowest priced home, a 3 bedroom/1.75 bath, 1218 SF home in the Rivers Bend neighborhood sold for $139,500; the highest priced homes, a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2887 SF home in the LaScala subdivision sold for $550,000.
During this same time, 2 condominiums and 7 townhomes sold. A 996 SF, 2 bedroom/2 bath home in the Rock Springs community sold for $73,500; a 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1282 SF home located in the Falls Hillside Villas community sold for $120,000. The lowest priced townhome residence, an 1126 SF, 2 bedroom/2bath home in the Mesa Hills Townhomes subdivision sold for $108,000; the highest priced townhome residence, a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 1690 SF home in the Sunset Greens neighborhood sold for $230,000.
