The CasaBlanca Casino is hosting a Halloween Bunco Tournament Saturday, Oct. 31 and the public is invited to participate.

According to Darryn Heath, CasaBlanca Director Catering and Convention Services, Bunco is a dice game in which 12 players team up to win. Players roll the dice and try to get all dice to show the same number. The object is to get the most Buncos in each round and the most winning rounds.

“At the end, we’ll celebrate the individual on each team that has the most Buncos. We’ll also celebrate the team that has the most Buncos in the room,” Heath explained. “We are giving away $5,000 in cash and prizes.”

“We’ll also have a ‘Boo Bunco’ Halloween costume contest and celebrate the team that has the best costumes,” she added.

‘Bunco’ juice and a pay-as-you-go bar will be available during the tournament in the CasaBlanca Ballroom.

Registration is set for Oct. 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the tournament running from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Early registration through Oct. 28 is available online at CasaBlancaResort.com/entertainment or by calling 888-711-4653, ext. 6889.

Tournament fee and buffet is $79 per person or $99 for a hotel room, one buffet, and one tournament fee.
