Clark County Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick, who was sworn in last Tuesday to replace former Commissioner Tom Collins, will be holding a Lunch and Learn session in Moapa at the Moapa Valley Community Center, 320 N. Moapa Blvd, Overton, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. According to the press release, this will be an open forum to discuss issues in the Moapa Valley. Catering for the event will be provided by Sugar’s Restaurant.
In a statement from City of Mesquite Liaison Aaron Baker, she will hold a similar event in Mesquite in the near future.
