The Bulldogs came out strong but had a letdown in games two and three. “We went into the locker room trailing 2-1 in games for a little team chat,” said Bulldog coach Lori Barnum. “After that we came out and dominated. The girls just turned it on. Losing was not an option making it a great win and a super game to watch.”

The Bulldogs had a lot of great stats after the marathon win. Leading the way were Bernice Fiso with 20 kills and 15 digs, Janella Fiso had 39 assists, Emma Barnum had 8 kills and 13 digs, Savannah Lee added 17 digs to the Bulldog totals.

The win kept the Dawgs tied with perennial leader Boulder City at 3-0 in league plus 11-4 overall. The Dawgs next home game will be on Tuesday Sep. 29 against the Eagles.
