Lived here in mesquite since 2007.
Used to us Kokopelli but got sick of the broken appointments which happened many times.
The bids i got from them were obscene ,often 2-3 times the amount of other bids.
Then when i had them do some work,no workers talked english, did not know what to really do,and had no supervision.
Shane was the worst,breaking appointments,and then just dropping workers off with no supervision.
And try to get hold of him- lol, with 8 workers in your yard ,not knowing what to do,or no plans.
I think they do not care as they think they are the only game in town.
I have not used them for 3 yrs and believe me there are better alternatives.
Shane and Kokopelli lost the basic rule in business- customer service and communication!
I’ve always loved the look of a desert themed landscape for a yard. This one is beautiful and has so many awesome aspects to it that give it a nice classy feel and look. I particularly love the pool and fireplace and how it adds a natural terrain look the yard.
