July 19, 1880: Mesquite Flat Post Office was established as part of Lincoln County and discontinued.

August 5, 1887. First Postmaster was William H Branch.

July 17, 1908: Telephone stockholder’s meeting in held in Bunkerville.

July 15, 1915: Virgin Telephone Company organized.

July 8, 1992: At the monthly Mesquite Farmstead Water Association meeting, Rick Hafen reported production was up by 15% in June (1992) and that the association had delivered 40 million gallons of water that month.
