5/4/15
- E-11, T-31, Battalion 3 responded to the Senior Center for a General Fire Alarm. Staff states alarm sometimes goes off when they have a power failure and that is what happened. No evidence of smoke or fire and alarm was reset.
5/6/15
- R-31, R-11, E-11, Battalion 3, Mercy Air 11, Mercy Air 7, NHP, Responded to the I-15 mm 112 for a reported vehicle rollover. Arrived to find a full-sized pickup that had ran into the back of a semi truck at high speed. Both occupants of the vehicle suffering serious injuries. Passenger flown from the scene. Driver transported to MM 93 by R-11 to meet a second helicopter from Las Vegas. Both occupants went to UMC Trauma.
5/7/15
- E-11, R-11, Chief 2 Responded to Falcon Ridge Parkway @ the Southbound I-15 onramp for a vehicle fire. Arrived to find the front of the vehicle fully involved with fire. Extinguished without incident and fire appears accidental in nature.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found and incidents handled by other agencies.
