4/21/15
❏ E-11, T-11 Responded to a Mesquite Detention Center for a reported odor of smoke. Upon arrival light smell of smoke in facility. Found breakers tripped to an exhaust fan. Fan located and found to have an odor of smoke in area with belt that appears to have gone bad. No actual fire.
4/22/15.
❏ E-11, R-31 Responded to 800 Block of Hillside Drive for a Vehicle into a tree. Significant front end damage to vehicle. 1 Occupant refused transport to hospital.
4/25/15
❏ E-11 Responded to East Mesquite Blvd far a reported Structure Fire. Arrived to find light smoke showing from a shed in an otherwise vacant lot. Small smoldering fire in shed quickly extinguished. Unable to determine cause although it appeared the shed may be being used as shelter.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, incidents handled by other agencies.
