Junior Dalton gave the scoutmaster minute, “Scouting teaches the love of nature, duty to God and service and preparing for special opportunities.”  He asked the scouts, “What can you do for scouting? What special spirit do you have to offer to scouting to make it fun for all the young men?”
Chris Allen, Scoutmaster, thanked the parents for their support and asked the scout to set some goals.  He said, “scouts need a spark of desire; opportunities are waiting for you to take advantage of to learn life skills and outdoor skills through the scouting program.”
