**ALMOST PERFECT**
Doug Love almost had the Virgin River’s first perfect game this season.
He threw the first 11 strikes.
Unfortunately nerves got the best of him and he tugged the last ball for an eight count.
He graciously said latter, “I carried a couple I shouldn’t have”.
Still it’s a great game, “congratulations Doug”.

Mesquite Chiropractic increases their lead by winning 16 points from the second place team Mitchell Farmers Insurance 4 points with high games by Danny Barker 232, Steve Ginther 226, 201 and Ray Schultz 208 and 200. Highs for Mitchell’s Doug Love 228 and 214. Simplot Silica Sand had a good night winning 16 points led by Emmett Flynn 215 against Master Villas Resort who won 4 points with Jeff Jacobson 230 and Gary Moore 210.

Smith Financial Group took over second place scoring 15 points paced by Walt Kuster 223, 202, Edward Hoepfner 210 and Bob Morgan 207 & 203. Mesquite Lock Doc won 5 points with a high game by James Hartley 255. All Pro Real Estate won 14 points by good bowling from Ron Galbraith 236, James Dye 233 and Jerry Bardelben 231 against A Valley Engineers Moose Mundz 214.

Oasis Chiropractic Center won 13.5 points led by Maury Hardman 225, 215, Gene Peters 222 and Dan Hoffman 212. H & R Block won 6.5 with high game by Darwin Wimer 225 and Ronn Karr 214. Mesquite Elks Lodge won 13.5 points from Bank Of Nevada with 6.5 points with some about and some below average bowling from both teams.

Falcon Ridge Dental won 13 points led by Don Smalley 226 and Gary Magnuson 211 against Intermountain Golf Cars 7 points with John Collins 221, 210, 206 – 637 and Brain Collins 217. Foot and Ankle also won 13 points with James Marshall 213, 209 and Cliff Hennebry 203 & 202. Colonial Management took 7 points with high game by Paul Levan 200.

Beaver Dam Station won 11 points from Freelancers with 9 points. high game for Station was Juan Morgana a 116 average bowler with a 190. For Freelancers high game by Roger lucas with a 211. Maves Construction and Eureka Casino Resort won 10 and 10 with high games by Mark Brackelsberg 225 and Willie Theis 204 and for Eureka Bill Wells 206 and John Martin 205.
