Joyce Flower offers a mosaics workshop almost every spring.  She puts out the call to gather at the Mesquite Fine Arts Center classroom, and she always has a full house!  February 7 was no exception.  Why?  A careful analysis of the situation shows an obvious answer.  Mosaics make everybody smile!  Here are some shots of Joyce and her students as they complete their own mosaic masterpieces.

Joyce is a member of Virgin Valley Artists Association.  For more information about classes and workshops offered by the association, visit the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery  At 15 W Mesquite Blvd, open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., or see the VVAA website,

www.mesquitefineartscenter.com.  VVAA is a 501c3 nonprofit that operates the Gallery and a full-service pottery studio that is open to the public.
