- E-11, R-12, Beaver Dam M-11 Responded to area of Sandalwood Way & Mesquite Heights for a single vehicle accident with one patient reported unconscious. One patient transported by R-12 to Mesa View in stable condition.
1/1/15
- E-11 Responded to I-15 mm 120 for a Semi on Fire. Small fire extinguished near the trailer wheels and vehicle left with owner for repairs.
1/3/15
- E-11, R-12, Chief 2 Responded to I-15 mm 120 for single vehicle rollover. All 6 occupants self extricated prior to arrival of Mesquite Fire and all occupants refused medical attention.
Non Transports include: Patient refusals, lift assists, patient deceased at scene, no patient found, no incident found, and Incidents handled by other agencies.
