Welcome back, Snowbirds and Golfers! We had many visitors in Mesquite, during the month of October, who decided to make Mesquite their new home.
During the month of November 2014, there was a combination of 38 single family, condominium, and townhome residences closed/sold, and an additional 38 properties have pending status for closing at a later date. Although this information does include some new home sales, it does not include all new home or private (for sale by owner) home sales.
Real estate professionals reported that 25 single family homes closed/sold during November 2014. The lowest priced home, a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1581 SF home in the Rivers Bend neighborhood sold for $132,000; the highest priced home, a 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath, 3008 SF home in the Calais subdivision sold for $555,00.
During this same time, 3 condos and 13 townhomes sold. The average condominium price was $83,750. The lowest priced townhome residence, a 1506 SF, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home in the Riverside Townhomes subdivision sold for $100,000; the highest priced townhome residence, a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2023 SF home in the Via Ventana neighborhood sold for $278,500.
