It was a somber moment at the Festival of Trees in November, as many gathered to reflect on the life of Taylor Fails, son of Sergeant Tracy Fails and his wife, Nancy. Taylor, or ‘Big Tay’ as his friends and family called him, passed away after an ATV rollover accident in July at the age of 20. Throughout the display were photos of Taylor and his many friends and family who’s lives he touched in his short time here. Photo by Stephanie Frehner.
