Tuesday’s meeting was going to be short, with only one item on the agenda to start with, but it ended even sooner with that item being tabled to the meeting for November 18th. Citing issues with bids on the projected repairs needed for Well 27, the Board will include the Bid Award to their next meeting as well as continuing talks on the proposed rate increases.
The November 18 meeting will be at 500 Riverside Road at 5 p.m. The community is encouraged to attend to discuss the proposed rate increases for all VVWD customers based on a new meter-tiered system.
