On Friday, November 14, Mesquite Police Narcotics Detectives served a search warrant on a Mesquite residence and concluded a lengthy narcotics investigation. The investigation resulted with a seizure of marijuana, marijuana seeds, drug paraphernalia, as well as the arrest of three adults.
Mesquite resident, Michael Bell, 46, was arrested and charged with two counts of sales of a schedule I controlled substance.
Mesquite resident, Brian Bell, 20, was arrested and charged for: sales of a schedule I controlled substance, transporting a schedule I controlled substance, conspiracy to violate uniform controlled substance act, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mesquite resident, Austin Graham, 19, was arrested and charged for: sales of a schedule I controlled substance, and conspiracy to violate a controlled substance act.
Scheduled court dates are for tomorrow, Wednesday, at 10 a.m. for all three suspects. Brian Bell is being held on $71,000 bail, Michael Bell held on $40,000 bail and Austin Graham held at $30,000 bail as of the CCDC website Tuesday morning.
