On October 7 Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery will host its monthly brown bag lecture featuring David Boyarski. The event takes place at 12 noon in the gallery. Bring a lunch and enjoy the presentation.
Most of us have heard the saying, “stop and smell the roses” but unfortunately, too many of us don’t take the time to do that.
That was the case for Boyarski, until he retired in 2011 from his work in the aerospace industry.
That’s when Boyarski bought his first real camera to document his travels with his wife, Jane, and discovered a passion for photography.
Since then, Dave and his wife, who are now full time residents of Mesquite, have traveled extensively and as Dave developed his skills in nature and wildlife photography he also learned to look around and appreciate what nature has to offer.
His subjects of choice are hummingbirds and humpback whales, but his work demonstrates that he loves outdoor photography.
Join Boyarski for a great brown bag presentation, Oct. 7 at the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery at 15 West Mesquite Blvd.
