Alice Anna Michels, age 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in Mesquite, Nevada. She was born February 16, 1930 in Anderson, California. She married George Michels back in 1978 in Redding, Calif., he preceded her in death in 2008.
Alice grew up in Northern California. She served in the US Army before her marriage to George. Although they never had children, she loved children and loved being with friends and family. She enjoyed traveling and reading.
Survivors include her step son, Larry and his wife Jan Michels of Mesquite.
