Bulldog soccer player Moises Medina named VVHS Athlete of Week after scoring five goals against Desert Pines in a 6-3 Dawg win. In a late breaking story, Moises hit a first half goal to lead the Dawgs to a 1-0 win over Southern Nevada powerhouse Canyon Springs. Gabe Medina was on the assist. Goalkeeper Domingo Ramirez had nine saves to record a shutout.
