SEARCH WARRANT – LITTLEFIELD

Mohave County Sheriff’s involved in a joint investigation with Bureau of Land Management officers conducted a search warrant on a residence in the 3700 block of Rio Virgin Road on Wednesday (8/6) morning.  Deputies arrested Matthew Brandon Doyle, 43, of St. George, UT for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia, and interfering with physical evidence, felonies and theft, a misdemeanor.  Deputies also arrested Tara Melissa Craft, 34, of Littlefield for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies.  Approximately 7:00 am, deputies and BLM officers responded to the residence with a search warrant after an on-going investigation in regards to stolen property.  Deputies/BLM contacted Doyle and Craft at the residence and advised them of the warrant.  Deputies and BLM officers searched the vehicle on the property.  During a search of the vehicle, a camera identified to be the property of BLM and used at an archeological site was located.  After a further search, deputies/BLM located a white crystal substance contained inside a plastic bag that field tested positive for methamphetamine.  Deputies/BLM also located marijuana and numerous drug paraphernalia items.  Doyle and Craft were both taken into custody.  Doyle and Craft were transported and booked into the Mesquite County Jail.
