To the editor:
I want to encourage your readers who live on the Arizona Strip to vote for Sam Medrano for State Representative, District Five.
As a resident of Bullhead City, I can attest to Sam’s willingness to stand up and fight for what is best for Arizona, even those in the remotest parts of the state. Sam fights for our city and has done so for more than 11 years as a member of the Bullhead City Council and he’s more than excited about doing the same thing for the entire district—regardless of its size.
Residents in Beaver Dam, Littlefield and Scenic will be well represented should Sam Medrano win one of the two seats in the Arizona House of Representatives. I know he is familiar with that area and visits often. (He really likes Mesquite and St. George, too). Concerns about water and Interstate 15 are not new to Sam. He is also very passionate about local control and the return of stolen HURF revenues. Mohave County needs their money back so residents on the Strip can get their roads repaired and Sam knows that fight.
Remember, you can vote for two candidates and I encourage you to use one of those selections and vote for Sam, I am! That’s Sam Medrano for Arizona House of Representatives, LD5.

I think before anyone votes for Sam Medrano they should read this article. This simply scratches the surface on this guys morals and ethics.

I read the article and then noticed it was written by one of the other candidates for the same office. I then went to the website for the candidate and I am okay with his positions. He seems to make a lot of sense. I’m not sure who wrote the other comment on here, but I would bet “OnTheRiver” is just another name for Jennifer Jones, who certainly won’t get my vote. I don’t know if she’s ever been up here and she certainly is hiding.
