DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – BEAVER DAM (AZ STRIP)

Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Sally Ann Christiensen, 43, a transient, and Wallace Eugene Moseley, 59, of Beaver Dam, early Tuesday (6/24) evening.  Christiensen was arrested for interfering with judicial proceedings per domestic violence and failure to comply with court order, misdemeanors. Moseley was arrested for disorderly conduct per domestic violence, misdemeanor.  Approximately 7:24 p.m., deputies responded to an assault report.  The complainant was waiting on Old Pioneer Road.  An Officer from the Department of Public Safety also responded.  Upon arrival, deputies contacted Christiensen.   Christiensen said that Moseley stopped his vehicle in the area and he pulled her out of his car by her hair and he hit the back of her head.  Christiensen further said that she has a protection order that prevents her from contacting Moseley.  Christiensen advised that she did not slap or hit Moseley during the altercation.  Deputies contacted Moseley at his residence in the 3000 block of Old Pioneer Road.  Moseley said that they went to the river today and while they were there that Christiensen slapped him in the face.  Moseley further said that Christiensen accused him of being on drugs.  Moseley advised that in an attempt to get Christiensen out of his vehicle that he pulled her by the hair and struck her in the back of the head.  Moseley was taken into custody without incident.  Deputies confirmed the order of protection was valid.  Christiensen was taken into custody without incident.  They were transported and booked into the Mesquite Jail.
