Imogene (Gene) Wilson 87, passed away June 5, 2014 in Vernal, Utah. She was born July 9, 1926 in Norfolk, Virginia to Henry E. and Merlin G. Oliver. Gene married Harry Warner in 1946 they later divorced and she married Jim Wilson in 1967 he died April 5, 1992.
She left Virginia when she was 23 for California, she loved to sew and work with crafts she was a member of the Eastern star and worshipped at the Baptist church. She lived in Mesquite, Nevada before moving to Manila where she and Jim owned and ran Jim and Genes Mobile Home Park.
She is survived by her son Kenneth Warner of Belize; daughters Linda (Bobby) Duncan, Karen (Scott) Allred of Vernal;
Brothers: Thomas E. Oliver Sr. of Glenn Allen, Virginia; Billy (Betty) Oliver of Deltaville, Virginia.
Her grandchildren: Christopher, Johnathon, Marty-Lynn, Kimberly, John. Jayme, Mindy, Marc, Todd and 8 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Edward and James Oliver.
Memorial services will be Friday June 13, 2014 at 3 pm at the First Baptist Church in Vernal.
