The Monday, May 26 tournament at Falcon Ridge was again about as close as possible. Four-man teams played straight golf (all scores count).
The winning team of Andrew Yeh, Terry Spriggs, Dave Calmelat and Captain Ron Nickle nosed out the second place team by a mere 3/10th’s of a stroke, which was close enough for an audit.
Low net was won by John Johnson with a smooth 37, just edging out Yeh and his gross 35.
Closest to the pins were won by Clark Mitchell on hole #2, John Johnson on hole #5 and Alex Churchich on hole #8.
The two best players of the day took the three skins won; two for Johnson and one for Yeh.
