The first issue of View on Southern Utah magazine hit the racks in January.
The magazine is the brainchild of Kathy Lee, publisher of View on Mesquite. She wants the Southern Utah magazine to have the same kind of local appeal for that area’s residents and business community asView on Mesquite has accomplished here. “We’re focusing a lot on volunteerism, non-profits and the businesses in southern Utah.”
She also wants Mesquite residents to know that they will not be forgotten with the launch of the new enterprise. Although the magazines may share some articles the heart of each publication will deal with what is special to each locality so each magazine maintains a separate and individual personality.
