Mesquite Gaming Offers Free Buffets for Veterans and a Guest On Monday, November 11th

Mesquite Gaming announced today United States Military Veterans and a guest will enjoy complimentary buffets at either the Virgin River Casino or CasaBlanca Resort on Monday, November 11, 2013.

Virgin River’s Brunch buffet will run from 7am – Noon and Seafood dinner buffet beginning at Noon until 9pm.

At CasaBlanca the Brunch buffet will run from 8am – Noon and Seafood dinner buffet beginning at Noon until 9pm.

Complimentary buffets will be given to all U.S. Military Veterans, retired personnel, or those currently serving and a guest who attends the event. To redeem the offer, guests must simply show valid Military identification to buffet cashier.

“We will have all of the seafood favorites at both our hotels,” explained Director of Food Bruce Landvik, who also served in the U.S. Navy for three years on a flagship in the Philippines. Born at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, the 52 year-old Landvik added, “we are looking forward to serving our many Veterans and their one guest”.  Mesquite Gaming’s Veterans Day celebration will feature a special seafood dinner buffet. A full selection including fried shrimp, clams, crab and peel-n-eat-shrimp. “It’s vitally important for us to celebrate our Veterans,” said Landvik and “this affords us a chance to give back to those who have served our Country”.

    Do you not have an editor? I understand that mesquite is a small town, but considering this is a city article, how do you not at least catch the fact that the 11th is not a Monday? Or the 24 grammatical errors in such a short piece? Was this article written by a second grader and not reviewed?
